If you can work from home, why not work from Kyoto? Telecommuting gives you the chance to move over for a few weeks and enjoy the rich culture of Japan’s old capital at leisure.
Our machiya townhouses serve as great home offices. They come with:
good-sized tables suited to workstation use
professionally calibrated lighting and natural building materials that encourage concentration
kitchen fully equipped with cooking equipment and utensils
weekly cleaning service with a change of towels and bed linen
supermarkets, convenience stores, cafes, restaurants, gardens and temples within walking distance
Shimaya eConcierge service. Our team of Kyoto experts is happy to help with sightseeing and dining recommendations. We can also assist with transport and restaurant bookings, as well as with meal deliveries.
